Derive RP TSM scores
Derive RP have a lower overall satisfaction score than Derive Group. Questionsthat score the highest for Derive RP are a well-maintained home andrepairs. Lower scoring questions are complaints, ASB and Derive listens andacts. When benchmarked Derive RP score well above average for a well-maintainedhome but score well below average for complaints and ASB handling. Compared tolast year complaint satisfaction has decreased the most, although this has asmall sample size and Derive provides a well-maintained home has increased themost.
Derive Group TSM scores
Derive Group score higher for overall satisfaction that Derive RP. Top scoringquestions again are repairs and Derive treats me fairly and with respect. Comparedto last year Derive provides a home that is well maintained has decreased themost and repairs scores have increased the most.
