Six Degrees:
Six Degrees is a Salford-based mental health service offering free support for issues like anxiety, depression, and bereavement. They work closely with the NHS to provide one-to-one or group therapy to adults aged 16+ registered with a Salford GP. Their goal is to help you feel better and build confidence in a supportive, understanding way.
